Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX Strategy: Define and execute a user-centered design strategy aligned with Sprih’s vision.
- End-to-End Design: Own the entire design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
- AI-Driven Interfaces: Create seamless, intuitive interfaces that leverage AI insights to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to bring concepts to life.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on real user needs.
- Design System & Branding: Establish and maintain a consistent design language and UI components across Sprih’s products.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, experiment with new tools, and implement best practices.
We are looking for people who have:
- 5+ years of UI/UX experience, preferably in SaaS, sustainability, or AI-driven platforms.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping high-impact digital products.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.
- Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience working in agile teams with developers and product owners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
