Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our sustainability software solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, addressing their queries, and proactively helping them achieve their sustainability objectives. This is a customer-centric role that blends technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Training

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers by setting up accounts and providing product training.
  • Customize training sessions to align with customers’ unique sustainability plans.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and queries.

Proactive Support & Feedback

  • Monitor customer engagement and provide proactive solutions to improve user adoption.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with the product and development teams to prioritize feature requests.

Sustainability Advisory

  • Support customers in interpreting and leveraging data insights for their sustainability journey.
  • Assist in creating periodic reports to track progress against sustainability metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with business goals.
  • Contribute to creating knowledge bases, guides, and case studies to assist users.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (background in Sustainability or Environmental Science will be preferred).
  • 0-3 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role. Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sustainability tools, ESG reporting frameworks, or carbon accounting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
