Job Description:
Sprih is seeking a motivated professional with a strong interest in SaaS Enterprise Business Development to drive our growth in India/USA market. In this role, you’ll focus on building a predictable revenue pipeline through strategic outbound sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across diverse industry segments within the India/USA market, helping to expand our reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary Market Research & Lead Research to assess the potential and fitment of prospective customers.
- Prospecting outbound opportunities with ICPs across Product lines for the given opportunity.
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the mid-market segment.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct online demos and presentations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records up-to-date.
We are looking for people who have:
- 0-2 years of SaaS Enterprise Sales experience in a high-growth environment.
- Analytical ability to comprehend and articulate the solution to the customer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Self-driven nature and a passion for Sales.
- Proficiency in using Excel, LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM and prospecting tools.
