Job Description:

We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Software Developer for development team at
Sprih. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that scale well with the user load.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive end-to-end projects that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale and complexity.
2. Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
3. Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
4. Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve the development process and product quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top tier institutes.
2. 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
3. Programming experience in Java.
4. Excellent communication skills
